At Underwhelming Threads, all of our items are made to order to reduce waste and promote sustainable production. Because of this, processing and shipping times may take a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait!

- Orders typically take 5-10 business days to be processed before shipping.
- Processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Times & Rates
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-21 business days after processing.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
